10-29-02 I pulled out a few of the many beautiful photographs found in the  program brochure for the AMP/Matthew Bourne 1997 production of 'Cinderella' and put them together so you might get an idea of what this ethereally magnificent show must have been like to experience.  I would love to do an entire section on Bourne's work on this website someday as I simply cannot say enough about him.  Genius seems limiting.  In any case, I have also added a new excerpt from his book to go along with the 'picture show'.  It discusses in detail the casting of the show and there are lots of comments about Will.

On a personal note, I would very much like to thank the crew over at
Jackman's Landing -  Pat, Nic and 'chelle for their kind words and their encouragement.  If you have not yet been to their Hugh Jackman fansite, you simply must!!  It's gorgeous and I am speaking about their site as well as Hugh!  It so happens that they are Will Kemp fans too -  as you will see. In any case, once filming starts on 'Van Helsing'  we will all be doing our best to keep everyone up-to-date on 'our guys, Will and Hugh or Hugh and Will.  It should be a fun alliance.  Thanks again guys!

Pages 1 through 51 of the
Mindhunters script are now posted thanks to XiPHiAS on the countingdown.com Mindhunters board.

10-27-02 Will's high school picture!!
10-26-02 Will's 'loose fit'  dance ad is still in the top ten (number 2 ending last week) for all television commercials..  Please help keep it going strong by voting at ads.com.
10-23-02 Mindhunters Script!!   I found this late last night on the movie website countingdown.com - the first 30 pages of the Mindhunters script.  You will be happy to know Will doesn't get killed off in those first 30 pages but he is described as a 'geeky coffee guzzler'.  In any case, click here to find out all the details.  Cast includes Val Kilmer (Harris), Christian Slater (J.D.), LL Cool J (Gabe), Eion Bailey (Bobby), Clifton Collin Jr. (Vince), Johnny Lee Miller (Lucas), Kathryn Morris (Sara) and Patricia Velasquez (Nicole).  But most importantly, to us anyway, Will Kemp as 'Rafe Perry'.   Of course,  the bad news is that the movie isn't suppose to be released until April 4th!

If you haven't checked in since the 19th,  I added some items in
stage productions and film and tv work. Most importantly is an update on Will's current production Wind in the Willows.  Adam Cooper is one of the featured dancers along with Will.  Now I am more than just extremely envious of all you Londoners!!

10-16-02 I have added three new articles on the stage production Will just finished, 'Play without words'. I also added some older articles that I just found for 'Van Helsing' and 'Mindhunters' and updated the Gap screen shots in the photo section. Though I am still knee deep in about 600 'Loose Fit' frames, I put these few shots together as an improvement over what was there before.  It will be awhile before the 'gallery of shots' is complete.

10-12-02 If you haven't already done so, be sure to check out Roy's site for a new, short but sweet, message from Will.  If you haven't visited that site lately, you will find that Roy has added two new exclusive 'black swan' photos.  One is on the cover page for the West End Exhibition and the other one which is personally autographed to Roy, is just after Will's note to 'us' his fans.
Just a reminder, if you are able to access TRIOTV or know of someone who can and would be kind enough to tape it for you, 'The Car Man' will air on October 13th and again on October 19th. Check schedule for times.  And if you are so inclined, please post your thoughts on the production as a whole and of course, Will's performance, on the Yahoo group site, or email me for possible post on this website.  It would be nice to have some sort of forum of ideas and thoughts about Will's true talents as dancer and actor beyond just admiring him as he 'gets his rocks off' in the GAP ad - however wonderful that experience has been and continues to be for us all.  Mind.you, I am not complaining.  I'm quite sure I can outwatch anyone when it comes to that ad!!  It is just when you get a chance to see what he is really capable of...well I guess I am beginning to digress into 'gushy fan' mode, so I'll quit.  Have a great weekend everyone!!

10-06-02 WILL SIGNS UP FOR SECOND FILM!!
Variety reports that Will has signed on to be in the next Stephen Sommers  (
The Mummy) blockbuster, 'Van Helsing'. Some of you may already know that Van Helsing is Bram Stoker's famous vampire hunter.  Hugh Jackson will play the title role.  Please check out early articles on this great news.  A very, very big thank you to Tobey for emailing me with this scoop. As always, I truly appreciate any help I can get in making sure this site is as up-to-date as possible. I will continue to track down further confirmation and additional information and keep you posted.  Regarding Will's other film, 'Mindhunters', latest word is worldwide release of April 4th. But you never know.

I have  added a new excerpt from Matthew Bourne's book and archived the first piece for those who missed it.

Will Kemp and Hugh Jackman in the same film.  Does it get any better?

10-06-02  PM. Just found the original  Variety article posted online. Note the term 'vamp' in the headline....which would lead me to believe he may  play a vampire.  From what I have read, the movie centers around Van Helsing chasing after all the really big 'monsters' i.e, Frankenstein, Dracula,  the Wolf Man, etc....... I am lovin' this movie already!
10-02-02 THE CAR MAN is coming to a television near you   (or hopefully someone you know). On October 13th and October 19th, TRIOTV will air this critically acclaimed Matthew Bourne/AMP production which is a must see for any Will Kemp fan. Please check schedule and program links for additional information. Thank you to Laura for the heads-up post on this in the Will Kemp Group.

I also have added another fabulous
wallpaper designed by 'JenBly'.

I am currently working on a 'gallery' of Gap screen shots frame-to-frame and I am awaiting the arrival of programs from 'Cinderella' and 'The Car Man'.  Plus, as promised, I will have another excerpt about Will from Matthew Bourne's wonderful book.
