| 9-29-02 As promised, please check out the following sections for five new articles, four new photos including a great 'loose fit' wallpaper designed by 'JenBly', a modestly updated biography, plus slightly modified links and mission statement. The photos are all very different, the articles far more insightful than anything previously posted and you have to love the wallpaper! So what's left to say except ENJOY!! |
| 9-28-02 Please take another whirl around the site, as I have updated, rewritten, and reformatted much of it since last night. I am not done adding information, articles or photos however. Time willing, I should have new photos posted no later than tomorrow along with three new articles which I think give much more insight into Will 'the person' than any of the articles I have read about him thus far. And yes, for those who are dying to know, there is mention of a girlfriend in all three articles. She is a british singer-songwriter. The rest you will find out shortly as I prefer to avoid the role of 'gossip columnist'! So stay tuned. |
| 9-22-02 DEER CAUGHT IN HEADLIGHTS!! That was pretty much the look on my face when I learned Grace was 'retiring ' from the website. Having somewhat recovered from this stunning announcement, I am ready to take over the helm as sole proprietor of willkemp.org. I feel honored and indebted to Grace for this gift. I am a long time fan of Will's and my intentions are good and true -to promote this tremendously gifted young dancer and actor so that everyone who wants to learn about him and his work has a place to come and do so. I am awaiting the arrival of some more articles and photos I tracked down and hope to add them sometime in the next week. So don't wander off too far. Feel free to contact me anytime with questions, corrections or any information you may have found. AND THAT INCLUDES YOU, WILL!! (If you are by some stretch of my fantasy filled head reading this and want to jump in and fill us in on anything)!! |
| 9-18-02 (from Grace) Hi everyone, it's very unfortunate for me to say that I will be retiring from the website as I will be starting college soon. I've had a great month working on the website and receiving encouraging e-mail from fellow Will Kemp fans. I'm happy to leave the entire website to Dani, who I have found to be an absolutely wonderful character and friend. I wish the best for this site! |

New articles and photos have been added to the website. 9-14-02 'Photos' have moved to the 'Multimedia' section and one article and one photo have been added to. Also, you can click here to join the Will Kemp Group on Yahoo! Groups. Most importantly, Will's next work will be in the Royal Opera House production of Wind in the Willows in which he will play the part of Ratty. The Sept. 20th issue of Entertainment Weekly with a small article on Will is posted on this website. You can find the link to the item in our new "Collectibles" section. 9-11-02 (6:30 PM, PST) WELCOME THE NEW CO-WEBMASTER, danette! 9-11-02 The GAP "Loose" commercial starring Will is ranked #8 (known as "GAP-Denim Dance") on ads.com for the week ending September 4th. The more times YOU view it on ads.com, the higher the ranking. 9-9-02 (7:16 PM, PST) Danette (from Washington D.C.) e-mailed me the following information: "I don't have any 'personal' stuff on Will that I can substantiate, but I can confirm a couple things from your 'news' section. He is in the September issue of Style magazine - a full page ad on heavy paper. A similar but not quite same photo of him is in this month's GQ (USA) Anniversary Edition. And yes, there is a small photo and tiny blurb on him in the Sept. 9th US Weekly issue. They describe him as 'a notoriously edgy british ballet dancer'.(hmmm). In a London Telegraph interview of Will the journalist described his eyes as hazel/green. In the same article it said he had a 'blissful relationship' with his musician girlfriend. This was from a September 2000 article, so I have no idea if this information remains correct. Also, you can purchase 'Swan Lake' through Amazon.com and you can purchase 'The Car Man' through Amazon.com.UK. However the latter is in PAL VHS format which means you have to have it duplicated into US VHS format (if you live in the states). But believe me if you have never seen him perfom it in person, or even if you have, it is well worth every penny. His performance is nothing short of brilliant. I could write an entire thesis on it. But I digress." I recently found out that the August issue of In Style has an ad with his face, but I have not verified this information yet. |
